Smile Network International is a Minnesota-based, non-profit organization that provides life altering, reconstructive cleft surgeries and related healthcare services at no charge to under-resourced children and adults across the globe. Smile Network International conducts surgical campaigns to impart dignity and quality of life to individuals whose medical needs may otherwise go untreated. For as little as $500, Smile Network is able to change a life.

Meet Suhana

While other kids giggled and played in the streets of Nandyal, India, little Suhana lived most of her young life in a tiny apartment, a prisoner to the cleft condition that made her different from the other children. It all changed when her parents brought her to the Smile Network mission site. “Everything stops at that moment,” said Executive Director Maureen Cahill. “When that mother and father see their baby for the first time after surgery – it’s why we’re here.”
